Creative Regions Summer School will be able to support attendees from outside UK offering 10 travel bursaries to attend the Creative Regions Summer School in Birmingham (12th-16th July 2010). These travel bursaries aim to cover travel expenses to attend the Summer School up to a max of £200 per individual and are offered on a merit and financial base.

GUIDELINES for applicants

• In order to apply for a travel bursary you need to have registered to attend the Creative Regions Summer School by the 15th of May 2010;
• Once your online registration is completed please complete the form below and return it as attachment to creative.regions@soton.ac.uk
• Only one award at a time of a maximum of £200 will be provided per individual;
• The decision on the Travel Bursary is made by the organisers and cannot be contested; 
• The award is for the reimbursement of travel costs only;
• The Creative Regions Summer School will only refund claims that are backed up with original receipts or proof of travel;
• The reimbursement will take place during or just after the Summer School (12th-16th July 2010);
• Priority will be given to full-time students, attendees from outside Western Europe, attendees with high motivation / commitment; 
• Decision on the awards will be communicated to applicants by the 31st of May 2010.
